Suria 22 Balakong Industrial Park

Suria 22 is a development of three-storey semi-detached factory units within Kawasan Perindustrian Balakong, one of Selangor’s most established industrial addresses. The site sits inside the Cheras–Kajang corridor with direct access to Kuala Lumpur, Kajang, Seri Kembangan and Sungai Besi.

The brief was straightforward and demanding: industrial buildings that work hard, and look like they were designed. Each unit pairs a high-clearance production floor with a full-height office frontage, so an owner-occupier can run manufacturing and administration under one roof without compromising how the business presents itself to its own customers.

Construction is progressing block by block, with structural works, facade installation and fit-out running in parallel across the site. Target completion is December 2026.
