S29 Corporate Industrial Park

S29 is a planned corporate industrial park of 33 semi-detached factories at Semenyih, on the southern edge of the Klang Valley.

The scheme is deliberately mixed rather than uniform. Fifteen of the thirty-three units are the standard type, on 66-foot by 145-foot lots with 7,926 square feet of built-up area. The remainder are one- and two-off types laid out to suit the shape of the site, running up to 17,842 square feet for the largest corner units — so an occupier needing a single larger footprint is accommodated without having to combine two standard plots. Across the park the built-up area totals 343,862 square feet.

Semenyih sits within reach of Kajang, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya, with the LEKAS and SKVE highways and the East Coast Expressway serving the corridor.

Planning is at feasibility stage. Unit sizes, pricing and launch details will be published as the scheme is finalised.
