Alaman 11 Corporate Industrial Park

Alaman 11 is a freehold corporate industrial park planned for Bandar Setia Alaman in Shah Alam: 36 semi-detached factories across 14.62 acres, arranged in three bands around two 100-foot internal roads.

The specification is aimed squarely at occupiers who actually run plant. Each unit is planned for 40 feet of clear internal height, a floor loading of 20 kN/m² and a 200 AMP power supply, with metal deck roofing, power-float concrete floor finishes and motorised roller shutters.
