Jelita Megamas Development Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 15 August 2018 with principal activities in property developments, project managements and property investments.
We believe in nurturing and enhancing the developer–client relationship that exists between us. We aim to develop long-term relationships that are both beneficial and convenient to all of our clients.
We have developed projects worth over RM200 million and are currently working on multiple projects. Jelita Megamas Development is committed to developing more quality projects in time to come.

What we do
Three principal activities
Registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the development of building projects, consultancy, and real estate activities with own or leased property.
Property development
We identify, acquire and develop sites into industrial and residential product, taking a scheme from land through planning approval, construction and handover.
Project management
We manage delivery across the appointed consultant panel and contractors, holding programme, cost and design intent together rather than trading one against the others.
Property investment
We hold and manage completed assets, which keeps our interests aligned with the long-term performance of what we build.
