Chairs the board in a non-executive capacity, bringing governance experience from a Bursa Malaysia listed company and three decades in public policy, institutional leadership and Shariah governance.
Dato’ Mohd Yusof bin Din began his career in 1996 as a Research Officer with Institut Perkembangan Minda, an institution closely associated with the Selangor State Government, rising to General Manager in 2008.
In 2013 he was appointed by the Prime Minister of Malaysia as Director of Institut Wasatiyyah Malaysia, where his tenure produced the National Wasatiyyah Policy, with strategic involvement across education, youth empowerment, economic development, legal administration, social unity and national security.
He was appointed to the board of Nextgreen Global Berhad, listed on Bursa Malaysia, in August 2020.

Strategic Advisor
Co-founder of the Weststar Group, the diversified Malaysian group whose subsidiaries span aviation, defence and security services, construction and property development, automotive, food and beverage, and ICT.
Datuk Seri Syed Azlan bin Syed Ibrahim co-founded the Weststar Group in 2002. The group began in the automotive industry and has since expanded into aviation, defence and security services, construction and property development, food and beverage, and information and communications technology.
In conjunction with Federal Territory Day on 1 February 2013 he was conferred the Darjah Seri Mahkota Wilayah (SMW) by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, carrying the title Datuk Seri. In January 2008 he was conferred the Setia DiRaja Kedah (D.S.D.K) by the Sultan of Kedah Darul Aman.

An architect by training with more than fourteen years on large-scale residential, retail and mixed-use projects, now leading development strategy and project delivery at Jelita Megamas.
Rezza Izmil Zaini graduated in Architecture from Kolej Universiti Teknologi Antarabangsa Twintech and has spent over fourteen years as an architect on large-scale projects for some of the most established developers in Malaysia.
His portfolio before Jelita Megamas includes the 1,672-unit, 57-storey M Luna Residence in Kepong for Mah Sing Group, Setia City Mall Phase 2 for SP Setia, the Aeropod mixed development in Kota Kinabalu, and the MRT station at Cyberjaya City Centre for MRCB.
That background shapes how Jelita Megamas works. Design intent is set at the outset and defended through delivery, rather than being progressively traded away as a project moves from drawing to site.

Two decades in property sales, marketing and investment across residential and commercial development, with a track record spanning landed, high-rise and affordable housing products.
Chris Lim has twenty years of experience in property sales, marketing and investment, focused on sales planning, strategy and implementation across residential and commercial projects - landed, high-rise and affordable housing alike.
She began her career as a Sales Manager at Villaraya Holding Sdn Bhd in 1997, joined Rain Forest Properties Sdn Bhd in 2003, and moved to Country Heights Holdings Berhad in 2007 as Sales & Marketing Manager. Working with in-house sales teams and en-bloc sales agencies, she contributed to up to RM2 billion of gross development value in 2015.
She is also Sales & Marketing Director of FCC Development Management Sdn Bhd.

Forty-two years in banking, predominantly with Maybank, spanning banking operations, trade financing and credit management up to Vice President and Senior Credit Manager at head office.
Kahardy bin Kamaludin is a seasoned financial specialist with over forty-two years in the banking sector, predominantly with Maybank. His background spans banking operations, trade financing and credit management.
As Vice President and Senior Credit Manager at Maybank head office he was responsible for credit evaluations and approvals across retail, commercial and corporate banking, having previously led regional credit functions for Sabah and Labuan, Perak, and the northern region.
For a developer, that experience is directly load-bearing: it governs how projects are financed, how funding is structured, and how purchasers are supported through to loan disbursement.
